1. Marketing Manager

To develop strategic marketing plan in line with business goals. To develop and deliver marketing activity that drives new customer acquisition and current customer retention and achieves outstanding commercial results.

Requirements

Job Description
  • Leads the marketing function and works closely with the Board of Directors to determine the short, medium and long term vision, key positioning and focus for the Brand in terms of its marketing stance.
  • Acts as customer champion, uses data and evidence to shape marketing activity and improve the customer experience. Works closely with the group insights consultant to identify potential opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Translates the brand and customer vision into a marketing plan, ensures that all key elements are included across both online and offline channels
  • Develops the brand communication strategy in line with the strategic marketing plan, works closely with other Divisions to ensure that brand integrity is maintained and developed across all internal and external touch points

Requirements

Requirements

Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting and social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Requirements

Job Description
  • Key responsibility holder on fleet unit economics, keeping a tight control on operational costing and contribute to project costing and pricing decisions
  • Responsible for communicating strategic objectives and practical initiatives together with KPIs, implementation goals and timelines
  • Manage a team of fleet supervisors, administrators, drivers and couriers to achieve operational goals
  • Continual contribution to improvement of internal operations processes
  • Analyze demand and supply data to ensure adequate couriers and drivers availability

Requirements
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. LL.B.)

Requirements

Requirements
